Individual product traceability on the rail assembly line
Delphi Technologies' Izmir ESBAS Free Zone plant manufactures for the automotive supplier industry. In this project, products on the rail assembly line were tracked individually across all machine operations.
The goal was to make operation-level status visible in real time and strengthen process follow-up and quality control.

It was necessary to track, at individual-item level, which operation each rail-assembly product was in and its current status.

Operation-level individual tracking starting with pre-marking
Products were marked and uniquely identified before entering the rail assembly line. Across all machine operations, each product's operation and current status were recorded.
