The project was carried out to ensure the traceability of the door-product component relationship.
Manual tracking and matching risks
In oven production, the oven door mounted on the product had to match the correct product and this match had to be traceable on a product basis.

Lot-based matching and automatic verification
Integration with the traceability system was achieved by matching product serial numbers with lot information obtained from the door carts. Data regarding the oven doors supplied on a lot basis to the production floor and mounted on products with specific serial numbers was recorded. Thanks to product-door matching, the use of correct doors in correct products was guaranteed.
Lot Barcode Reading
Lot labels on the door carts are scanned using a barcode reader.
Serial No Matching
The serial number of the assembled product is associated with the door lot information.
SCADA Verification
The C#-based SCADA application checks the accuracy of the match in real time.
SAP Confirmation Record
After all checks are completed, data of the approved parts is written to the SAP system.

PLC infrastructure managing the field flow, station states, and sensor data.
C# SCADA Application
Specifically developed SCADA for matching logic, data verification, and operator screens.
Barcode Readers
Industrial scanners that read lot labels on door carts and product serial numbers.
SAP Integration
Integrated sharing of process confirmations and lot data with the SAP system.
OnSuite Trace Platform
Central software layer controlling traceability and process management.
SAP ERP Integration
The system runs integrated with SAP; after verification, confirmation data of compliant parts is sent back to SAP. This establishes full synchronization between the production floor and corporate data.
Successfully verified product and door match confirmations are instantly transmitted to SAP.

The accuracy of the mounted doors is automatically checked, zeroing the risk of incorrect assembly.
Tracking at Serial No Level
The door-product relationship is written directly to the product's serial number, ensuring full traceability.
